陈大卫，男，汉族，1955年2月生，辽宁沈阳人，1975年7月加入中国共产党，

1974年4月参加工作，北京大学高级管理人员工商管理专业毕业，研究生学历，高级管理人员工商管理硕士。

1998年任贵州省人民政府秘书长、党组成员，

2001年任贵州省人民政府副省长、党组成员，

2003年任国务院信息化工作办公室副主任、党组成员。

2008年至2015年7月任住房和城乡建设部副部长、党组成员。

党的十七大代表，第十届全国人大代表，第十一届全国政协委员。
