中德未来城市联盟代表参加“中德创新平台双方专家组交流研讨会”
2015年11月23至24日，中德未来城市联盟对外联络专员牛艳艳代表联盟主席吴志强副校长参加了于北京召开的 “中德创新平台双方专家组交流研讨会”。
会议由中国科技部战略合作院组织。旨在贯彻2015年“中德合作创新年”的号召，各方平台交流中德两国创新体系和科技创新新政策的最新发展，并讨论2016年第四届中德创新大会的筹备事宜。
“中德创新大会”是中德两国在创新领域的部级会议，目前已经进行了三届，议题集中在创新政策讨论和制定更新上。这一届加入了各个领域的专业化讨论，讲政策贯彻落实在实践项目中。
今年5月中德未来城市联盟作为城市化平台已经成功举办了一届“未来城市”峰会，明年将在德国举办的大会将由中德未来城市联盟和德国宇航中心（DLR）共同承办。
大会上，科技部欧洲事务处蒋德华处长和德国全球区域研究院亚洲研究所Dr.Margot SCHÜLLER所长，战略院胡志坚院长联合致发言辞。23日，各政策制定参与部门讨论了两国创新政策的改革新策略。24日，同济大学代表城市化平台和清洁水平台，中国生物技术发展国家研究中心代表健康老龄化平台，华为公司代表ICT平台，中国固态照明联盟代表资源平台，中国汽车技术研究中心代表绿色交通平台分别介绍了各平台概况，共同讨论了明年“中德创新大会”议程并提名了发言人。各平台表示，会努力推动各方中德创新合作，望明年大会顺利进行。
Representatives from Sino-German Urban Future Alliance Attended “Exchange Seminar for Experts on Sino-German Innovative Platform”
From 23rd November to 24th November 2015, Ms Niu Yanyan, external specialist of Sino-German Urban Future Alliance attended “Exchange Seminar for Experts on Sino-German Innovative Platform,” on behalf of Vice President Wu Zhiqiang, in Beijing.
The seminar was organized by Strategic Cooperation Center affiliated to the ministry of Science and Technology. The seminar played a role as a fair platform for two parties to discuss innovative system and new scientific policies in the light of “Sino-German Cooperative and Innovative Year.” During the seminar, participants discussed about the preparation for the 4th session of Sino-German Innovation Conference.
Sino-German Innovation Conference is one of the ministry-level conferences between two countries. Based on three successful conferences, each session focused mainly on carrying out innovative policies and updates. This year, the conference will have more professional talks concerning each industry and policies which will be implemented in specific projects.
In May 2015, Sino-German Urban Future Alliance held a summit on “Future Cities” with great success. Next year, the conference will be held by both the federation and DLR in Germany.
Mr. Jiang Dehua, director of European Department affiliated to MOST, Dr. Margot SCHÜLLER and Mr. Hu Zhijian, Strategic college have delivered speech during the conference. On November 23rd, experts participated in the discussion on reforms and innovative policies. The next day, representatives from healthy elder people platform of China Biological Technology R & D Center, ICT Platform of Huawei Group, source platform of China Solid-state Lighting Alliance, green transportation platform of China Automobile R & D Center have given introductions of their own platforms, discussed the agenda of “Chinese-German Innovation Conference” and recommended speakers. Representatives are all willing to promote the next year’s meeting and cooperation between China and Germany.
